The main reason why I watch Peppa Pig on Youtube and not on Netflix is because (for some stupid reason!) there are no subtitles available in French on Netflix. So basically, you’ll need to open your VPN and switch to France and you’ll be able to watch Peppa Pig in French! I’ve been using Nord VPN for about 3-4 years now and it’s the cheapest VPN that still works all over the world (which is actually hard to find!) However, since I love language learning, I know that I need to invest a bit of money into Nord VPN and italki and they’ll have the best payoff with the least amount of money. I’m crazy frugal and am always trying to save money. I honestly think that one of the best investments for a language learner besides classes on italki is a good VPN. So in order to to get Peppa Pig, you’ll need to have a VPN or be living outside the USA. Peppa Pig is not currently available on US Netflix, unfortunately. When you are first starting to learn French, it can be quite hard to pick up individual words, especially ones you have never heard before. They’re usually $9 or less! I don’t mind a few episodes not finishing properly because I’m more focused on picking up words.Īnother feature for Peppa Pig in French is the Live Stream of new episodes which runs 24/7. Obviously, this matters a lot less if an adult is watching it versus a child. The only downside to the episodes is that they usually cut off before the end of the episode, so there isn’t really an “ending” to tie up the story line most of the time. ![]() They are always adding new episodes to the Youtube Channel so you will have plenty of French content to build a good base of vocabulary. ![]()
